Мультимедийная система R-Link разработана компанией Renault совместно с голландскими специалистами из компании TomTom.

Интегрированный в приборную панель семи дюймовый (18 сантиметров) сенсорный монитор является целым центром управления. Чтобы водителям управлять автомобилем не отвлекаясь на монитор, его функциями можно управлять кнопками на рулевом колесе.

R-link имеет операционную систему на базед Android, а интерфейс выглядит как экран смартфона. Все приложения отображаются в виде небольших иконок.

R-link объединяет в себе функции бортового компьютера, навигации TomTom, телефона и мультимедийного центра.

Помимо показаний бортового компьютера, R-link выводит на монитор показатель уровеня загрязнения окружающей среды.

Система R-Link доступна для некоторых моделей Renault в качестве опционального оборудования. Стоимость в Европе 590 Евро (для автомобиля RenaultClio).

При установке R-link на электромобили, такие как Zoe или KangooZE, система помогает оптимизировать маршрут исходя от емкости батареи и остатка заряда, а также сообщает водителю о ближайших зарядных станциях. Кроме того, водитель электромобиля видит на мониторе уровень заряда батареи, статус зарядки и уровень расхода энергии.
